Partner Prenatal Yoga Workshop
Saturday, August 29th | 10:00 AM
Join us for a nurturing and practical two-hour Partner Prenatal Yoga Workshop with Roxanna Kopp Smith, created specifically for pregnant people and their birth partners or support persons.
Pregnancy is a time of tremendous change, and having a trusted support person can make all the difference. This workshop offers an opportunity for pregnant people and their chosen birth partners to connect, learn, and prepare together for the journey ahead.
Birth partners will learn simple, effective techniques to provide physical and emotional support throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth, while also experiencing the benefits of these practices themselves. Together, you’ll explore gentle stretches, partner-assisted movements, breathing techniques, comfort measures, and relaxation practices designed to help you feel more connected, confident, and supported.
In addition to learning practical tools, we’ll create space for meaningful conversations about support, communication, and how to navigate this exciting transition together.
Whether you’re newly pregnant or nearing your due date, all trimesters, birth philosophies, and experience levels are welcome. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
Who Should Attend?
Pregnant students are encouraged to bring the person who will be supporting them during labor and birth. This may be a spouse, partner, parent, sibling, friend, doula, or other loved one.
Everyone is welcome.
