Support pregnancy, birth & transformation with skill, sensitivity, and care.

If you have ever felt underprepared working with pregnant students—or deeply called to this work but unsure where to begin—this training is for you.
Prenatal yoga is not simply a modified yoga class.
It requires an understanding of the physical realities of pregnancy, the emotional vulnerability that can arise during this threshold time, and the ability to create spaces that feel safe, inclusive, informed, and deeply supportive.
This 50-hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training is designed for yoga teachers and professionals who want to support pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood with greater skill, sensitivity, confidence, and care.
Together, we will explore how to teach dynamically across all trimesters, support a wide range of physical and emotional experiences, and foster environments where each participant feels welcomed exactly as they are.
This work asks more of us as teachers.
And for many of us, that is exactly what makes it so meaningful.

My “Why?”
I believe prenatal yoga is about far more than movement.
Pregnancy is a profound transition—physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Every student enters the room carrying a unique story, body, background, fear, hope, and relationship to birth.
As teachers and facilitators, our role is not to create sameness.
Our role is to cultivate spaces of emotional safety, compassionate awareness, inclusion, and genuine belonging.
This work asks us to teach dynamically, sensitively, and with deep respect for the diversity of human experience.
To me, prenatal yoga is about presence.
It is about listening.
It is about community.
And it is about learning how to support transformation with humility, skill, and care.
The Impact
This work goes beyond teaching yoga.
It’s about:
- Supporting new life
- Holding space for transformation
- Creating community for parents
- Empowering individuals during a vulnerable and powerful time
