Women’s Winter Reset;

A gentle pause at the beginning of the year.

Join us at Mount Madonna Center for a nourishing weekend of yoga, reflection, nature, and heartfelt connection as we rest, reset, and welcome the year ahead with intention.

January 8 – 10, 2027

Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the retreat intimate.

THE INVITATION:

Winter invites us inward.

In the quiet of the season, nature reminds us that rest is not a luxury—it is a vital and sacred rhythm. Just as the earth pauses beneath the surface before the return of spring, we too are invited to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with what is true within us.

The Women’s Winter Reset Retreat is a gentle pause at the beginning of the year—a space to step away from the busyness of daily life and return to yourself. Through nourishing yin yoga practices, meditation, meaningful conversation, time in nature, and moments of quiet reflection, we will create space to release what feels complete and welcome the intentions that want to unfold in the year ahead.

Together, in a supportive circle of women, we’ll rest, reset, and remember the wisdom that already lives within us.

THE SETTING:

Nestled in the quiet beauty of the Santa Cruz Mountains, Mount Madonna Center offers a truly special setting for retreat. This 355-acre sanctuary is an intentional community founded by the beloved teacher Baba Hari Dass and devoted to the living practice of yoga, service, and spiritual growth. Surrounded by redwoods, sweeping views, and the peaceful presence of the Hanuman temple, Mount Madonna Center invites us to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what matters most. Rooted in the spirit of devotion and self-inquiry, the land itself seems to support reflection, renewal, and heartfelt connection—making it a deeply meaningful place to gather for our Winter Re-set together.
