
DANCE WAVE: Every Sunday at Indigo Yoga. In the dance, there is a wisdom in the progression of movement, like the motion of a wave…beginning with a flow of life, moving the body intuitively, without words, without actual dance moves; an intuitive journey inwards. Often therapeutic, initially it can be challenging to shrug off self-consciousness…make sounds, and move in ways that aren’t necessarily “pretty” – the ultimate freedom to let go of societal norms, inhibitions, self-censorship, and MOVE from an inner voice. There is NO right or wrong way to move, You will be given prompts, and your inner guide is the compass. What is exactly the right flow for you today?
SOUND WAVE: A journey of movement and stillness—First, a dance wave that invites the body to speak, release, and awaken through breath-led, intuitive motion. As the wave completes, we gently transition into rest, where a nourishing sound bath carries the nervous system into integration and repair. Vibrations wash through the body like tide meeting shore, allowing insights to settle, emotions to soften, and energy to recalibrate. This is a practice of listening—first through movement, then through sound—supporting deep rest, embodied healing, and a sense of wholeness that lingers long after the final note fades.
