Rishikesh

Journey of the Heart

March 28 – April 5, 2026

INVESTMENT: $2,500 per person (based on double occupancy)

Join me in India for this epic Journey of the Heart. The Sanskrit word “Yatra” means a journey to a crossing place – a threshold. This trip is designed to guide you to the threshold places within and to support you to shine more brightly in the world.

“India cannot be explained. It can only be experienced.” -Govind Argawal

Next Spring, you are invited to experience India through curated offerings, developed over 16 years of traveling to India, and handpicked by me. I will show you my favorite spots, introduce you to my dear friends who will welcome you as family, and support you in discovering your own special places.

Connect deeply to your Self and others. Nurture and restore with yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda. There will be group activities as well as solo time for reflection and integration.

Immerse in the Natural Beauty of Rishikesh

Nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas, on the banks of the swiftly flowing Ganges, Rishikesh is often referred to as the birthplace of yoga. Prayer bells and mantra echo in the morning breeze, as the sun begins to rise through the windows of our yoga shala. Sit on the banks of the Ganges, swim in waterfalls and walk forest paths that pilgrims, sadhus and living saints have walked before.
