Grief is Universal.  Everyone experiences grief – although it will look and feel differently for each person.  However, there are some characteristics of grief that many people share.  You are not alone!  I am here to walk with you.  I bring my compassionate heart to our time together and people describe a sense of peace after working with me.

Loss of a Loved One – Losing a loved one is a tender time for many.  I support you in your unique grief journey, reminding you that it takes as long as it takes, and sharing useful information about grief that assures you that you are not alone.

Suicide Loss – Losing a loved one to suicide can be extremely shocking and sad.  There can also be shame or societal stigma associated with this type of loss.  It is beneficial to speak freely about all the emotions that can come up in the aftermath of losing someone to suicide.

Traumatic Event – A traumatic event in one’s life can feel overwhelming and cause us to withdraw or feel stress and anxiety.  Not only can it be a relief to speak about one’s own personal situation, it can also help to get some practical education about grief to normalize some of the physical and emotional effects you may be experiencing.

Pet Loss – The loss of a beloved pet can hit us harder than we ever imagined.  I am here to offer support, tools and loving encouragement.

I offer a free, 20-minute consultation to hear more about your needs and what the best options are for our time together.

Our Time Together:   There are weekly check-ins with sharing and discussion specifically related to your situation.  There is no “homework” but there are optional worksheets/handouts emailed to you.   I also offer  breath-work and meditation suggestions to help you be present.

I work with clients online via Zoom or by phone – it depends on you.  Some people prefer to “meet” face-to-face on video, while others don’t.

50-Minute Session:  $110

Four 50-Minute Sessions:  $400
