The Art of Life is all about Living well, Loving well and unfortunately sometimes, Grieving well.
Grief is universal – everyone experiences loss – although it will look and feel different for each person. Whether it’s the death of a loved one, a health crisis, the loss of an identity or dream, the ending of a relationship, a move, or a job ending, all of us have grieved at one time or another.
The way we grieve is the way we live life. How do we stay open & present during times of grief? How can we possibly survive a devastating loss? You will get through this. I’m here to walk with you. You are not alone. I bring my compassionate heart to our time together as you explore your grief, and teach you tools to remain present, aware (truthful) and heart-opened. To trust in something larger than ourselves and try and remain open and surrendered, is truly the Art of Life.
Sessions are one hour and held either in person, or by phone/Skype. In these sessions you will be able to share your experience as well as receive helpful concrete tips and tools for getting through the rough patches. In some cases, there is also weekly email communication with reading materials and suggestions for (optional) homework. Contact me to schedule a session.
Roxanna has held the most delicate space for my family and me during some of life’s most unexpected and turbulent waters. She has the most tender and nurturing presence. Roxanna is truly an angel. – Linda B.
