Life Transition – Change (whether considered positive or negative) can create stress. Sometimes when people go through a positive life change, such as graduating, a move or having a baby, they still feel a great deal of stress—or even dread. I will work with you to incorporate mindfulness tools to stay grounded and on track during your transition.
Stress – The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major effect on our lives. Many of us are facing challenges that can be stressful, overwhelming, and cause strong emotions in adults and children. I am here to offer support, tools and loving encouragement.
Traumatic Event – A traumatic event in one’s life can feel overwhelming and cause us to withdraw or feel stress and anxiety. Not only can it be a relief to speak about one’s own personal situation, it can also help to get some practical education about grief to normalize some of the physical and emotional effects you may be experiencing.
I offer a free, 20-minute consultation to hear more about your needs and what the best options are for our time together.
Our Time Together: There are weekly check-ins with sharing and discussion specifically related to your situation. There is no “homework” but there are optional worksheets/handouts emailed to you. I also offer (and can incorporate) breath-work and meditation suggestions for our time together.
I work with clients online via Zoom or by phone – it depends on you. Some people prefer to “meet” face-to-face on video, while others don’t.
